Free 15-Minute Consultation

Mental Health rates for Individual counseling start at $135 for each 53-minute therapy session

Mental Health rates for Couples / Family counseling start at $175 for each 53-minute session

Substance Abuse rates are $175 for initial assessment (up to 2 hours) and $135 per 53-minute session thereafter

Some insurance plans also offer out-of-network insurance benefits. If we are not in-network with your currrent insurance plan, and the insurance plan allow for out-of-network claims billing, we can bill the out-of-network claim for you, or we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it may be possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.​

I recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? If so, do I have out-of-network benefits

• Will a superbill be reimbursed?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

 

Payment

I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled counseling session. Otherwise, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 per our practice policies.
